Our Classes


Our signature class takes riders on a 45 minute fat-burning journey. This TOTAL BODY workout incorporates weights and core strengthening, while keeping riders’ hearts and attitudes pumping with our fantastic music and first class sound system. Come join us in our state of the art studio and see what TidalWheel is all about!

Reserve Class


Takes the focus on weight training and core strengthening to the next level. We incorporate free weights, resistance bands, and on-bike abdominal exercises to give our riders 45 minutes of pure TONING!

Reserve Class


workshop will highlight everything there is to learn about our studio, bike setup, clip-in shoes, hand positions, and choreography on the bike. We will break down all the moves so you're a pro when you take a traditional TidalWheel or TidalTone class!

This class is for beginners or those who would like to know more about the details of TidalWheel. All are welcome!

Reserve Class


The Community Ride is a class we put on to show thanks to our riders. This FREE class offers our instructors another chance to bond with our riders, and try out new techniques and ideas that we can incorporate into our regular rotation. We also use this class to introduce new members of the team to our community of riders.
